Welcome to the Academic Advising Mentoring Program (AAMP)!

We provide a structured environment for UC Davis advisors to apply their experiences and skills with the goal to enhance best practices, promote career development, and broaden connections via:

Focused quarterly programming.

• Program topics might include: Appreciative Advising, Data Driven Advising, Imposter Syndrome, Building an Advising Philosophy

Mentor/Mentee relationships.

• As a mentor: help mentees identify short- and long-term advising goals and provide tailored support to personalize the mentoring program for each individual.
• As a mentee: build a connection with a seasoned UC Davis advisor to deepen your expertise and expand your knowledge specific to advising on our campus.
