“One of my areas of interest is Natural Resources, and young people with active minds are our most important “natural resources”. We as a community have an opportunity as well as a responsibility to maximize the capabilities of these individuals... My long-time involvement with the College’s Exploratory major provided a sound basis for assessing the vital role of staff personnel in the advising system.”
-Dr. Harry Walker
The Eleanor and Harry Walker Award Fund is established to support and recognize excellence in advising at UC Davis and in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CA&ES).
