Advising Communities

Staff and faculty advisors can join established advising communities. These communities developed organically through the proactive efforts of the participants; they operate independently. Academic Advising Enrichment can facilitate the development of new communities around relevant academic advising topics. 

Existing advising communities:

• Social Justice and Advising Community
• Integrating Coaching in Advising Community

You can join one of the established communities by sending a request to the Office of Academic Advising; whereby, you will begin to receive communications from the respective listserv regarding meeting dates, times, topics, etc.
