Lauren Wong is the Success Advisor, Advising Training and Development Lead and Retention Specialist in Undergraduate Education at UC Davis. She oversees the development and implementation of training and community engagement for academic advisors and builds collaborative partnerships to support student success and retention at UC Davis. She is a contact for questions and conversation about advisor professional development and equitable advising practices.

Prior to joining Academic Advising Enrichment, Lauren worked for the College of Letters and Science as an academic advisor and the program manager for student leadership and development. She also served as a major advisor in the Languages and Literatures department. Wong earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in law and society and Psychology from UC Davis.
